GTBetterLiving was founded to support people of all ages with fitness training and physical wellness coaching through in-person, virtual, group and individual training sessions and comprehensive resources. GT Better Living is supporting aspiring Fit Kings and Queens as they establish, navigate, and tackle fitness goals head on. Using specialized resources, meal plans and individualized workout plans, I am honored to share my personal and professional experience with you through my business, GTBetterLiving, LLC.

Weekly HIIT/Strength Training Cardio (Back in the fall)

Offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. this 30 minute, high-intensity interval training virtual class is the quickest way to burn fat, lose weight and tone up. $15 per class.

 

BUTT & GUTT (Coming soon)

Offered every Monday at 5 a.m. This 30 minute training focuses on the mid-section and lifting the derrière. $15 per class.

 

1-on-1, in-person training

For local clients in the the tri-state area, work out at at a local fitness center with a personalized workout plan to target your goals. 8 sessions min, required. $40 per session.

 

power + strength (coming soon)

Offered every Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. This 30 minute training focuses on the mid-section and lifting the derrière. $15 per class.
