GTBetterLiving was founded to support people of all ages with fitness training and physical wellness coaching through in-person, virtual, group and individual training sessions and comprehensive resources. GT Better Living is supporting aspiring Fit Kings and Queens as they establish, navigate, and tackle fitness goals head on. Weekly HIIT/Strength Training Cardio (Back in the fall)
Offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. this 30 minute, high-intensity interval training virtual class is the quickest way to burn fat, lose weight and tone up. $15 per class.
BUTT & GUTT (Coming soon)
Offered every Monday at 5 a.m. This 30 minute training focuses on the mid-section and lifting the derrière. $15 per class.
1-on-1, in-person training
For local clients in the the tri-state area, work out at at a local fitness center with a personalized workout plan to target your goals. 8 sessions min, required. $40 per session.
power + strength (coming soon)
Offered every Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. This 30 minute training focuses on the mid-section and lifting the derrière. $15 per class.
