Available Classes + Personal Training

  • Virtual Group Classes

    Join my weekly 30-minute virtual fitness classes offered every Tuesday and Thursday and pay as you go. (MONDAY CLASSES HAVE RETURNED, ALTERNATING MONDAYS) My virtual workouts will help you connect with other classmates and meet your goals from anywhere in the world.

    Cost: $15 per class.

  • HIIT/Cardio/Strength Training - Tuesday & Thursday

    Every Tuesday and Thursday join Coach G for this virtual group class that will help you blast away fat, tone up, and lose weight. This is a 30-minute class offered on Tuesday and Thursday at 8PM EST / 7PM CST..

    Cost: $15 per class.

  • Power + Strength - Monday (Alternating Mondays))

    Build your strength and discover your own power! This class is designed to help you train like a beast and become stronger than ever. This is a 30-minute class offered on Monday at 7PM EST / 6PM CST.

    Cost: $15 per class.

  • Rise & Grind w/ Gee @ Mt Vernon SDA

    A virtual class sponsored by Mt Vernon SDA Church. Every Sunday at 8AM CST/ 9AM EST we’ll meet and burn a sweat via Zoom. A one-time fee is required. To register click the link below or email: education@mtvernonsda.org This is a 60-minute class offered on Sunday at 9AM EST / 8AM CST.

    Cost: $10.00 (One-time donation)

  • Virtual 1-On-1 Training

    Assisting clients virtually in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness. Consultations are required for one-on-one virtual sessions. 8 session minimum.

    Cost: $35 per 30 min. session

    $50 per 60 min. session

  • In Person 1-on-1 Training

    Hire a certified personal trainer to help you create an exercise routine that minimizes injury, relieves stress, and promote relaxation and a healthy lifestyle. Consultation is required for in-person training. 8 session minimum.

    Cost: $65 per 60 min. session

    $45 per 30 min. session

  • Accountability Coaching

    Receive support meeting your fitness goals through constant communication, reminders, texts, calls, feedback and encouragement. This service allows you to use your own workout routines along with GT recommendations.

    Cost: $25 per month
